WHERE DO THEY COME FROM? . . . Weathervane performers and staff arrive in Whitefield each summer from all over the country.  AEA
(Actors' Equity Association) auditions gather professional Company members, and regional auditions like the Boston-area NETCs and New York-based StrawHats sift through thousands of applicants for staffing and intern positions.  Plus, at least a third of our 55+ members call NH home!

Pictured, Weathervane technician Ted Born, Intern Director Guil Fisher, and founder and Producing Director Gibbs Murray at the NETCs.

Breakfast with Bankers:  WV board president Dan Salomon and treasurer David Kenney with Union Bank's Millie Nelson and Laconia Bank Whitefield's Don Ducharme were among the early risers when the Theatre hosted representatives from seven area banks in thanks for their combined support of our Capital Challenge Campaign.

Thanks to a 50% match from Meyer and Ellen Koplow, we're well underway to retiring the remaining new Barn mortgage.  Deadline for matching gifts is July 1 - inquiries by contacting us at wvdev08@yahoo.com

THE WEATHERVANE'S SUCCESS DEPENDS ON AUDIENCES AND BENEFACTORS:
Take note of some special sponsors:  Presby Environmental and Littleton Coin Co. are both "First Night" sponsor of productions.  Their generous investment in live theatre in Whitefield serves in great part to deliver both Oklahoma! and All the Great Books [abridged] to this 43rd Season.
